We're looking for dependable, hard-working people who enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and helping customers.

As a Lead Mover / Driver, you'll work with your crew to safely protect, load, transport, and unload customers' belongings. No two days are exactly the same, and we provide paid training to teach you our moving systems and standards.

What You'll Do: 
  • Safely wrap, load, transport, and unload furniture and household goods.
  • Drive company moving trucks safely and responsibly.
  • Protect customers' homes and belongings throughout the move.
  • Work with your crew to complete moves safely and efficiently.
  • Follow company systems, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Keep trucks, equipment, and supplies clean and organized.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service.

Requirements: 
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and meet company driving requirements.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must possess a valid Washington State Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) before hire and maintain it throughout employment.
  • Comfortable driving a 26-foot moving truck.
  • Able to safely lift and carry heavy furniture and boxes throughout the day.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
  • Willing to follow company systems, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Available to work weekends when needed.
  • Able to work longer days when a move requires it.
  • Able to travel for in-state and out-of-state moves, including overnight travel.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.

Previous moving, delivery, warehouse, construction, or other physical work experience is a plus, but not required. We provide paid training.

Schedule: This is a variable-hour position based on customer demand and seasonality. Hours may be limited during slower periods, while 40+ hour weeks are common during busy times. Start and end times vary depending on the day's moves.
